My 20+ years as a theatre director and English educator has given me the experience in communication and project management that you need. With my attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines, I am uniquely qualified to help you promote you, your business, or your organization!
What is my rate?
Each project is unique, so determining uniform packages is difficult. There are five criteria that I use to determine what my fees are:
What is your goal? For some it's a reflective essay meant for getting into a college program or earning a scholarship. For others it is website copy. And for still others it might be a series of emails for a special promotion. Each of these require attention to different aspects of writing.
Who is your target audience? It can take time to understand the audience you are targeting. In some cases, a bit more research and work is needed to focus the writing on your target audience.
What is your timeframe? Great writing doesn't happen overnight. Most times it doesn't even happen in the span of a single week (though there are exceptions). Knowing your anticipated deadline helps me to figure out whether I can take on the job.
Where are you in the process? Some clients come to me in the middle of their project, and they need some help getting it across the finish line. Others simply have a general idea in mind and are at the beginning of the process. Part of my work is doing necessary research based on what your goals are and who your target audience is.
How do you prefer to consult? Working virtually is the preferred way to work on a project. However, if in-person sessions are requested, that will impact the price of the project.
In general, most projects take one week up to two months and run from about $175 up to $1500. And we can work to develop a plan of action that meets your budget.
